The Pre-Season Advance Program provides up to $5000 to help BBEDC CDQ or Bristol Bay watershed resident fishers pay pre-season expenses such as nets, insurance, license renewals and other fishing necessities. The advance and a $25 application fee must be repaid by July 15th of the year in which it was advanced. Repayment must be guaranteed by a fish company purchase order and a promissory note signed by the borrower.
Applications will be accepted between March 1 and June 24, 2024.
