BBEDC is seeking candidates to fill the position of Fisheries Quota Manager. This is a full-time position in Anchorage, Alaska with benefits. The Fisheries Quota Manager oversees all harvest management activities with the primary objective of ensuring that quotas are harvested consistent with regulatory requirements established by the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Alaska Department of Fish & Game (ADF&G), and International Pacific Halibut Commission (IPHC) and BBEDC investment objectives.  Primary duties include the monitoring and reporting of direct and bycatch species relative to pollock, crab, cod, and other groundfish species CDQs and IFQs and share matching of crab IFQ.

Reports To: President/CEO or designee

Salary Range: DOE

Duty Station: Anchorage, Alaska

BBEDC is also recruiting for the position of Community Outreach Coordinator. This is a full-time position with benefits. The Community Outreach Coordinator works closely with BBEDC management and staff to promote awareness about BBEDC programs and services in communities through the development of effective outreach materials, conducting a variety of outreach activities, and building cooperative relationships.

Salary Range: $24-26.50 per hour/DOE

BBEDC is also recruiting for a full-time Receptionist. The Receptionist is responsible for performing office procedures on a daily basis including answering phones, mail collection and deliver, general typing and data entry, faxing, assisting with preparation of board packets, ordering supplies and assisting with meeting preparations. The Receptionist also greets and assists residents.
